Step 3: Configure Checkout in Settings

Checkout Settings

From Shopify Admin Console, go to Settings > Checkout. In order for customers to pick up their order from Best Buy successfully, First Name, Last Name, Home Address, and Phone Number must be provided at checkout.

Make sure you set the Full name to Require first and last name for under Customer Information. Additionally, set the Shipping address phone number to required.
