FAQ

  • What do I need to begin using the Order Connector App for NetSuite?

As a Buy with Prime merchant, you’ll use your existing Buy with Prime credentials to log into the merchant console to access the Buy with Prime Marketplace. This will be required to locate and install the Order Connector App for NetSuite. In addition, you will need an existing account with the NetSuite. If you’re already using an existing account with NetSuite for your DTC store, we recommend that you use the same account credentials when connecting your Buy with Prime account through Alloy.

  • I’m already using an Alloy Order Sync app, will that impact installing this app?

No. The Alloy order sync apps syncs your confirmed Buy with Prime orders into your DTC store. This enables you to use your downstream workflows for Buy with Prime orders just as you would for your DTC orders. This app provides the means to centralize your order data for Buy with Prime orders in your NetSuite account.

  • I’m already using a third-party app like FarApp to sync orders from my DTC to NetSuite, will that impact installing this app?

Potentially. If you are syncing your Buy with Prime orders to your DTC with an Alloy Order Sync App, this will cause errors and possibly duplicate orders in your NetSuite account as there would now be two apps syncing orders from Buy with Prime into NetSuite. However, if you are not syncing your Buy with Prime order data to your DTC, then this will not cause any problems and will allow all Buy with Prime order and customer data to be centralized in your NetSuite account alongside all other order and customer data.
