# End User Terms of Service

> All end users who connect to Alloy Automation product(s), APIs, services, etc must be bound to our End User Terms and Conditions. You are required to display these terms somewhere on your website to ensure users are properly notified of their obligations to Alloy Automation. By default, the Alloy Modal includes a link to these terms. If you do not use the Alloy Modal (i.e. you elect to use our headless APIs), you are still required to inform users of these terms.
