You can do so in three steps:

Select the 3rd party app

  • Select and connect the third-party system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) where your leads are managed by using Alloy’s pre-built connectors.

Configure the data flow

  • Define the trigger event for the workflow, such as a new lead creation or lead status change in the third-party system.

Set up lead routing rules

  • Specify the conditions for routing leads, such as lead source, geographic location, industry, or lead score.
  • Define the rules for assigning leads to the appropriate team members or departments within your app based on the specified conditions.
